Our Fitness Challenge

What is our challenge about?

What is this challenge about? It's about getting fit and healthy by changing a few things in your life. Our challenge is to give up something you have too much of, drink lots of water, get plenty of exercise, and reduce how much food you have at one sitting. The goal is not to become supermodel thin, but to develop a healthier lifestyle.

I'll post updates on a weekly page. I'll show your loss in a percentage instead of showing actual starting weights. The participants of this challenge are as follows:
